Daisy vs. the City
Daisy Dawn's father, a migrant worker, is left in critical condition after his ruthless boss refuses to pay up and hits him with a car. While striving to collect the money, Daisy has a one-night stand with the aloof rich heir Damien Hart, who later accuses her of scheming to get close to him. Pregnant, broke, and kicked out of the hospital, Daisy and her father end up on the streets. When he risks his life again to seek justice, she rushes to save him—only to fall into deeper trouble. Just when the situation is dire, Damien comes to her rescue after learning the truth and that Daisy is carrying his child. From that point on, Daisy goes from rock bottom to unreasonably spoiled.
