Kyle Walker, three years city #1, awakens as a B-rank summoner with just a mosquito. Mocked and expelled, its first bite unlocks Infinite Evolution. As "Caesar" he breaks records, evolving his swarm into a Thunder Dragon King. He then exposes the Blackwood family’s human experiments, defeats them, and returns with mage Audrey.
