Charlotte, an office worker, is outside the airport when an old man named Davola stops her. He claims he can predict the hurricane. Everyone calls him crazy, yelling and chasing him away.
Right before boarding, Charlotte finds a red warning on her suitcase out of nowhere: “Hurricane! Don’t get on the plane.”
Torn between her career and her gut feeling, she risks losing her job and decides not to board.
The hurricane hits the airport exactly as predicted. The terminal is destroyed.
